Getting Started: What to Expect
After you accept a position with Next Level Staffing LLC, we’ll walk you through everything from onboarding to job expectations. Here’s what happens next:

Onboarding Paperwork
You’ll receive digital or in-person documents to complete before your start date.

Job Assignment Details
You’ll be given location, supervisor, schedule, and any uniform or equipment info.

Time Tracking Setup
We’ll show you how to log hours accurately, whether through our system or the client’s.

Day One Readiness
You’ll get tips for starting strong and contact info if anything comes up on your first day.

Ongoing Check-Ins
Our recruiters will follow up regularly to make sure you’re supported.

Timekeeping & Payroll
We make sure you’re paid accurately and on time.
- Submitting Time - Most employees will track hours through a web-based system or via the client’s internal timesheet process. You’ll receive specific instructions before your assignment begins.
- Payroll Schedule - Employees are typically paid weekly. Payday is [e.g., every Friday], with direct deposit or paper check options available.
- Direct Deposit - To set up direct deposit, fill out the form provided during onboarding or contact our payroll department for assistance.
Workplace Expectations
When you represent Next Level Staffing LLC, you’re representing a professional brand—and we take that seriously. Please follow all safety guidelines, attendance rules, and client-specific policies while on the job.
General Expectations Include:
- Arriving on time and ready to work
- Dressing appropriately per assignment guidelines
- Treating supervisors and coworkers with respect
- Communicating proactively if you’re running late or absent
- Following all safety procedures and reporting any incidents immediately

Health & Safety
Your safety is our top priority. We work only with clients who provide safe, legal work environments. If you ever feel unsafe or are injured on the job:
- Seek medical attention immediately if needed
- Report the incident to your on-site supervisor
- Contact your Next Level Staffing representative as soon as possible
We will help coordinate next steps, including documentation and support.
